I’m a student in RI, working 2 jobs but have terrible credit. A friend opened a credit card account and listed me as an authorized user. I filed for bankruptcy and the account has been labeled as bankruptcy on my credit report. My question is since my friend never used the card, is she actually responsible for the amount owed on the account or can she dispute it somehow since she had never actually used the card?
